1 star (3-2) (+.50 units)
2 star (0-0) (even)
3 star (0-0) (even)

overall (3-2) (+.80 units)

well, got my feet wet last week. time to go head first.

green bay -6.5 over detroit (2 star)...............last week, green bay looks bad, detroit looks good, so of course i am taking the pack. detroit is still detroit. they might be a little improved this year, but they are still the lions. pack take out some frustrations on them. arizona did their share of scoring against their defense, imagine what an angry favre is going to do. packs 45-24.

buffalo -3 over jacksonville (2 star).........wish i would have got this at 2.5 rather than 3. should not make a difference, just would have felt better. you had to be impressed with the bills last week. i am a dolphins fan and i hate the bills. i am actually going to the miami at buffalo game on december 21. it will be my first professional game that i have seen. i know that does not have anything to do with my pick, i am just excited about it and wanted to say it. anyway.....bills look great and jacksonville has not impressed me the past few years. might upgrade this to a 3 star on sunday morning, i love it.

jets +3 over dolphins (1 star)..........like i said, i am a dolphins fan. and this is their jinx team. jets have owned the dolphins and i don't see that changing. if this were at miami i think miami could snap that losing streak to the jets, but it is not. jets win a close one, won't need the points. might even put a little on the moneyline as well, i have not decided yet.

houston +8.5 over new orleans (1 star).........hope i am not reading too much into last weeks games, but for houston to go into miami and slow them down like they did has caught my attention. they should be playing with alot of confidence right now and can certainly cover a line more than a touchdown.

san fran +3 over st louis (1 star)...........san fran is the better team. st louis might be in for a long year again. something is wrong there with all the talent they have.

kansas city -3.5 over pittburgh (1 star).............looks like you could put a million dollars on steelers +3.5!! you know what is going to happen don't you? of course you do. take the chiefs.

and lastly, the sunday night game..............

minnesota -8.5 over chicago (1 star)..............this one could get ugly and probably will.

back on monday for monday night football.. good luck everybody!!

i like

Jax+3, letdown and sandwhich situation for buffalo. huge win last week, miami next week, they are on the road too. public all over buffalo.

stl-3. bulger = lots of m.faulk. rams are home and arent as bad as last week. the 49ers arent as good as thier 49-7 win.

jets+3. miami hasnt won in NY since 1997. NY 9-1 last 10 str8 up. extra time to prepare too. public on miami.

indy -2. tenn put all their eggs in 1 basket vs. oak, and barely won. (bad call on td). look for a letdown. on the road, dome, turf. indy coming off a bad performance, but they were on the road, grass, outdoors. look for them to bounce back.

i like chi, arz, car too. basically, bet aganist everyone that looked good in week 1.
